As part of the rollout of the Victorian Healthy Futures Program, Kerryn has been facilitating Art Therapy programs with Beaumaris Secondary College and about to engage with students at Beaumaris Primary.
Kerryn Knight, Art Therapist and Founder – Empowered Art Therapy and Kindred Art Space has been engaging with students at Secondary and Primary schools across Victoria since 2008. As a Masters qualified Arts Therapist, registered Counsellor and Supervisor, she facilitates workshops and programs with a range of ages and cultural groups to support their mental health and wellbeing through creative expressive processes.
It’s wonderful to see students really enjoying the freedom that art therapy provides and the safe soft side approach to mental health that it offers.
